What languages can the receptionist use?
Choose the clinic's working language and test important wording before launch.
Clincue currently supports configured responses in English (UK), Spanish, French, Arabic, Urdu, German, Italian, Portuguese and Simplified Chinese.
Configuration
Set the receptionist's primary language in its settings. The configured language controls the tone and default response language.
Clinical review
Ask a fluent member of staff to test safety wording, policies, prices and booking instructions before enabling a non-English experience.
Automatic switching
Automatic language switching for every message should not be assumed unless it is shown as available in your account. Use the configured language as the operational source of truth.
