Made for UK clinics

Clincue for aesthetics clinics

Consultation enquiries and treatment fees, with clear boundaries around clinical advice.

A calmer reception, without guessing

Answers from your clinic

Answer questions about your published consultation fees, locations and treatment policies, using the information your clinic has reviewed.

Appointment requests in one diary

Configure consultations and treatment appointment durations, opening hours and fees. Requests are saved in the Clincue diary for your team to review; a request is not a confirmed appointment.

Clear clinical boundaries

The receptionist does not assess suitability, diagnose complications or recommend treatments. Urgent symptoms are flagged for the team and patients are directed to appropriate emergency help.

What you can connect today

Website chat is available. WhatsApp and phone are Beta and require a supported business connection before patient messages or calls can reach your receptionist. Your personal WhatsApp app does not automatically become an AI receptionist.

Channel availability

Your existing calendar stays separate

Clincue checks its own appointment diary and configured opening hours. Two-way Google Calendar, Outlook and practice-management sync is not available today. Your team must check its external diary before confirming a request.

Clinic questions

Does it replace a clinician?
No. It handles administrative enquiries, never diagnosis, treatment recommendations or prescribing. For life-threatening emergencies, patients should call 999.
Can our team take over?
Escalated conversations appear in the clinic inbox with their context. Staff need to monitor that inbox; escalation is not a guarantee of an immediate call or live transfer.
Will it invent prices or availability?
Add and review your clinic information before using it with patients. The receptionist is instructed to answer from that information and refer uncertain questions to your team.
How do we start?
Set up your clinic, review its hours and treatments, then name and test your receptionist. Review any suggested starting values before going live.
