Clear clinical-advice and urgent-language patterns are checked before a general AI answer is requested. Urgent wording receives a fixed escalation response.
Safety before send
Free-form drafts pass through a separate content-safety check. If a draft crosses the medical boundary, it is replaced with a safe handoff message.
