Clincue combines your approved clinic facts with firm safety boundaries.
You provide the clinic facts the receptionist is allowed to use: services, hours, prices, locations, policies, documents and booking rules.
Clinic knowledge
When a patient asks a factual question, Clincue retrieves the relevant clinic information before drafting the answer. General greetings do not need a knowledge lookup.
Boundaries
You define what the receptionist must never do. Clincue also applies platform safety rules that prevent diagnosis, prescribing and clinical triage.
Keeping answers current
Update the source information when opening hours, prices or policies change. Test representative questions before publishing significant changes.
