Where is patient data stored?
Clinic data is encrypted, access-controlled and hosted on UK/EU infrastructure by default.
Patient and clinic data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is hosted on UK/EU infrastructure by default.
Who can access it
Only authorised users linked to the clinic can read clinic-scoped records through the application. Administrative access is separately controlled and audited.
AI use
Clinic and patient content is used to provide the requested service and is not used to train a shared Clincue model. Relevant providers are documented as sub-processors.
Minimise what you collect
Configure the receptionist to collect only information needed for the administrative task. Clinical records belong in the clinic's appropriate clinical system.
