What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export what you need, then data is removed according to the documented retention period.
Clinics can request or perform available exports before access ends. The current policy retains account data for up to 30 days after cancellation, unless earlier deletion is requested and legally possible.
Before cancellation
Review conversations, bookings and knowledge sources, then export any records your clinic must retain in another system.
Deletion window
Primary account data is scheduled for deletion after the stated retention period. Encrypted backups age out on their separate rotation, currently within 90 days.
Legal exceptions
Some billing, security or legal records may need to be retained for a longer statutory period. The Privacy Policy and DPA contain the controlling detail.
