Can I cancel or change plans at any time?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be managed from the billing page, including cancellation and access to the customer portal.
Changing plan
An owner can select monthly or annual billing and move to a different plan. The hosted checkout shows the effective price and timing before confirmation.
After cancellation
Paid access follows the period shown in your billing portal. Your clinic can export important information before retention periods expire.
