How much does Clincue cost?
Compare Starter, Pro and Business, including annual billing and provider costs.
Starter is £79 per month, Pro is £179 per month and Business is £389 per month. Annual billing includes roughly two months free. Tax is calculated automatically and shown before you pay.
What each plan is for
Starter includes website and WhatsApp AI chat. Pro adds voice with 600 minutes a month. Business adds SMS and 2,000 voice minutes a month. Channels in Beta require provider setup and approval. New calls pause when the monthly included minutes are used; calls already underway can finish.
Costs outside Clincue
Starter does not include voice. Monthly AI voice allowances are 600 minutes on Pro and 2,000 on Business. New AI calls pause at the limit; there is no automatic paid overage on these subscriptions. A clinic-owned Twilio or telephony account may separately bill for phone numbers, connectivity and provider usage.

Your billing screen shows the selected plan, billing frequency, renewal date and subscription status. Checkout is handled securely by our payment partner, with tax calculated automatically.
