Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Start with 14 days free and no card, then choose whether to continue.
Yes. Every clinic starts with a 14-day trial and no payment card is required to begin.
What you can test
You can create a receptionist, teach it about your clinic, test patient questions and install website chat. Channel availability still depends on any provider account required for that channel.
What happens at the end
Clincue shows the remaining trial time in the product. To continue using paid capabilities after the trial, an owner chooses a plan through the billing page.
No surprise conversion
Because a card is not required to start, the trial does not silently become a paid subscription.
