How long does setup take?
A focused single-location setup can be tested in minutes; complex clinics take longer.
A simple clinic can create and test its first receptionist in around ten minutes. A larger service catalogue, several locations or detailed policies will take longer to review properly.
The guided setup
Clincue asks for your clinic name, type, boundaries and primary goal one question at a time. It then creates a draft receptionist and shows each build stage clearly.
What to prepare
Bring your opening hours, services, prices, booking rules, cancellation policy and the questions your reception team hears most often.
Test before going live
The test panel lets you speak to the named receptionist on the same path patients will use. Going live is a separate, explicit action after the pre-flight checks pass.
