Do I need a developer to install Clincue?
Website chat uses a copy-and-paste installation; other channels use guided connection screens.
No developer is required for the standard website installation. Clincue provides one snippet and a guided checklist.
Website chat
Copy the generated snippet into your website or send it to the person who manages the site. The Connections screen confirms when the widget is available.
WhatsApp and voice
These channels need a clinic-owned provider account. The connection screens explain every credential, validate ownership and configure the relevant callback addresses.
If your website is managed
You can copy the instructions and send them to your agency. No access to the Clincue dashboard needs to be shared.
