Yes. Clincue uses the official WhatsApp Business route through a clinic-owned Twilio account and sender.
Why clinic-owned
Your organisation controls the sender, provider account and usage charges. This creates clearer ownership and avoids mixing several clinics behind one shared identity.
Connection process
The guided connection asks for the required Twilio account details, verifies the sender belongs to that account and configures Clincue's secure message callback.
Credentials
Provider credentials are encrypted before storage, scoped to the clinic and never displayed back in full. Disconnecting the channel removes its ability to send through Clincue.
